Terrific 3-room duplex apartment is located at the beginning of Karadžičova street, right accross from the administrative building Twin city A and Bratislava downtown with 3 towers of Skypark.  Eurovea shopping mall and the Danube riverbanks are just around the corner, together with the children’s favorite „Jakubák“ (Jakubovo sq) with a park and a kids playground.

This brick town building was completely reconstructed in 2011 when the two new floors were added on the roof and 3 new apartments with terraces were built there. Those fantastic sunsets that you can watch from here are just amazing, in the summer over the Slavin, in winter all the way above Hainburg castle. LOCATION:
The apartment is situated in the currently fastest developing area of the Old town district.
